One Housing Group manages 16,000 homes – a mixture of supported accommodation, social housing, affordable homes, and shared ownership. A large proportion are low-rise blocks, others high-rise. All contain communal areas.
The scope of this contract is wide-ranging. It covers testing, maintenance, and responsive repairs in commercial, residential, and communal areas, across fire systems and equipment. The asset list includes fire alarms, warden call systems, emergency lighting systems, fire extinguishers, dry and wet rise systems, AOV systems and fire suppression systems.
Given the large base of residents with differing needs, customer engagement is essential to successful service delivery. On this contract the first line of engagement is handled by One Housing Group, with our contract administration and customer support team making appointments and responding to enquiries.
Specific requirements of individual customers are noted on our TrueView database, ensuring engineers are notified of customer needs as part of the job assignment process.
