Meet Stephen


Stephen has been with the business since 2021 and has a wealth of senior experience having worked in the property and housing sector for 15 years. He has a passion for developing people and helping them to reach their potential, and is committed to this at RGE.

Meet Rachel 

Fire Safety Engineer

Rachel joined us with no engineering experience at all, having started her working life in retail. Now she’s a qualified fire safety engineer, responsible for compliance checks at every fire station for Kent Fire and Rescue Service.

Taking care of people
and the environment

The clients we work with have expectations about how we manage our environmental impacts and contribute to local communities. We run hybrid vehicles, reduce, reuse and recycle materials, recruit apprentices in the places where we work and invest in training to make sure we support vulnerable customers in the right way. And that’s just the start.

Meet Jamie

Technical Quality Manager

Jamie joined us 10 years ago as an electrician and transferred into fire safety and compliance services, getting our full support to gain all the qualifications and experience he needed. Now he’s one of our most qualified fire safety engineers and liaises with the organisations that set the standards, sharing his insights and recommendations.
